We offer a more personal service, taking into account the needs and requirements of each individual, and offering honest advice on suitable areas to live, focusing on safety, convenience and keeping within the budget given. We look at all aspects of what is after all, a very important and potentially stressful experience for the expatriate.

Below is a summary of the typical orientation service that we offer :-

  • Once a new employee’s name and contact details are received, a phone call is made and e mail sent immediately to introduce the company and explain the service offered.
  • uring the initial conversation, a detailed questionnaire is completed to assist us in finding the best available and most suitable accommodation in London. When advising your new staff on areas, many factors are taken into account, including budget, safety, transport, local amenities etc.  We also explain the council tax and utilities implications before agreeing a final budget.
  • date is then agreed upon for the full day’s orientation.
  • wo days prior to that orientation, we contact estate agents in the chosen areas and appointments are made to inspect suitable properties using the now completed questionnaire as a guideline.
  • one day chauffeured orientation accompanied by one of our senior employees takes place, including lunch, visiting approximately 15-20 properties depending on how many areas being visited.
  • A folder is issued containing a copy of the full day’s itinerary with the relevant estate agent and property details, area information sheets and agents list per area visited, a tube, bus and laminated A-Z map of London, plus a copy of the Time Out Yearly London Guide.
  • Justine Jay Relocation will always contact the new assignee a day or two after the orientation for an update on the property situation and to see if any help is required. We have a well deserved reputation for being “deal closers” whenever our assistance is required.
  • Both during and after the orientation, it is made clear that your staff member is free to ask our advice or opinion regarding properties viewed. We undertake to respond fairly and honestly. It is in your interests, and those of your team member, and of course of this company, that a successful outcome is achieved and that the staff member is happy with his or her new home.

1. One full day orientation

A one day, chauffeur-driven orientation accompanied by one of our senior employees, including lunch, visiting approximately 15-20 properties

2. Half day orientation

A half day, chauffeur-driven orientation accompanied by one of our senior employees, visiting approximately 10-12 properties

3. Property list

A detailed list of approximately 20 properties located with the search area and budget, together with agent contact details. Any appointments to view the properties are made by the individual in their own time.

In order to find the most suitable properties, we personally contact all the estate agents in the chosen areas, and select the best properties on the market at that time.
